pinhole view is ok if you stand back far enough from the surface you're projecting on. The other cool thing is looking at the shadows cast by the leaves.

If you want to see some pics taken of it by one of the folks in #callahans, go to http://www.darkmare.pittsburgh.pa.us/eclipse/ He used cd's to take the pics through. It actually came out pretty decent.
Did anyone on the west coast get pictures of the "eclipse-set"? I'd be curious to see a setting eclipsed sun, and I gather that some people might have been in a position to get this.
Not that I know of, but you might want to check out the astronomy pic of the day site, they might have something like that Its at http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/
