A transvestite is a someone who is dressed as the opposite gender.

If you are naked, you can't be dressed as the opposite gender.

Say you shave, grow your hair and put it up in a somewhat femme fashion, put on makeup, come to my house wholly in drag, then take off just the clothing part of it in the house, I'd say you're a naked transvestite.
