As seen in lj_userdoc, a new feature of LJ allows you to filter for Personal, Communities/Shared & Syndicated Journals


?show=journaltype on friends/friendsfriends pages
There's a new option, described in this Zilla bug, that you can add to your Friends or friendsfriends page URL to get all personal journals or all communities.

e.g. http://www.livejournal.com/exampleusername/friends?show=P

shows personal journals

and http://www.livejournal.com/exampleusername/friends?show=C

shows communities. Including shared journals and the News journal.

and http://www.livejournal.com/exampleusername/friends?show=Y

shows syndicated accounts.

You can also combine them:

?show=PC shows personal, community, shared, news journals
?show=PY shows personal and syndicated
?show=CY shows syndicated, community, shared, news journals
?show=PCY shows everything. mainly useless.

Hey, what I want is the ability to sort-read my OWN entries by "private", "friends and custom friends" and "public". Is this too much to ask?
