johnoWe were discussing TV shows tonight.
We are amazed and appalled at the level of violence that's been on TV lately.
We love 24 and Kingpin, but they are very hard to watch, due to the extreme violence they contain.
Yet whenever the subject strays to sex or the chance of showing the human body, folks freak out.
Just an observation, cause we couldn't come up with an answer ourselves.

Date: 2003-02-09 11:14 pm (UTC)I don't watch Kingpin or 24, I'm afraid. The new Dragnet is as close as I come.
PS -- I continue to be annoyed with the Discovery Channel for always having crime/forensics shows on in the evening, rather than something that kids can watch.
