Same problem here -- I'm not seeing the diagram required for the first question. It's a Microsoft site, so I guess it shouldn't surprise me that it probably requires IE to view.

Missed #11 -- got 18/19, but I did them in my head in the span of about 10 minutes because it's close to 4 in the morning and I want to sleep, but also wanted to geek. Dispensation for the unholy hour?

That one was the "alright I'll use the calculator" doing fractions in my head, wasn't working.
