Afternoon:
Birthday party for a young friend. He directly invited us himself, so we have to go. ;)

Evening:
Yet more sewing for Chris.
Domestic stuff for Me.

Still banking energy for Sunday.

What we've been banking energy for...

Up at {{too damned early on a weekend}} to be on the first BART at 8am, into San Francisco, at 8:50am, to check in at the SF Pride Safety Monitor tent.

We will be Safety Monitors at the SF Pride Parade, on duty from about 9am till it's done.

If you attend, look for us in the loud, ugly and colorful shirts.

There is an unadvertised accessable seating area by the paid-for grandstands on UN Plaza, which is located between Seventh and Eighth facing Market Street.

If you can't find it, ask anybody wearing a "Safety" t-shirt and they can direct you.

Like any event, arrive early for best seating. Grandstands officially open at 9:30am.

SWEET!!!! that totally rocks. i'm going to get my partners in crime up early so we can get there at a decent time. if they're not willing to get up early they can just meet me there :o)
