Major Body Aches
Minor Runny or Stuffy Nose
Check Headache
Major Chills (curl up in bed and shake level at night)
Major Fatigue (Dragged ass Tu & We, slept till 1:45pm today)

H1N1 adds

No Possible diarrhea and vomiting in adults.


Gonna go to Taiko tonight (missed Tu night), but I expect to sit off the side most of the night.

I'll second that. I suspect they'd really rather you not share. Besides, push yourself too hard, too soon, and you might just push yourself into a nasty secondary infection :(

In some adult cases, the cough isn't showing up til later on - if you get a lingering cough, it may be worth getting checked out. Here's hoping that whatever flavor of flu it is passes soon!

Rest and hot light soup - chicken is recommended (seriously it has lots of good easy to digest stuff in it).
And wait at least 24 hours after the fever goes down before hanging around with anyone.
If you don't get better in 2 days or get better then get worse again, head to the doctors.

I saw a news report which says that H1N1 sheds longer than the 24 hours after fever-break that is used as a guideline for other flu -- up to 7 days later, apparently. Good to note if you're in contact with particularly vulnerable folk.
