What to do, what to do??? Not much really.
For the first time in years we're not traveling to/from or at to Worldcon on Labor Day weekend.
None of the big events in the SF Bay Area are grabbing at us, so its going to be a quiet relaxing weekend*.
Friday evening dinner with friends.
Saturday afternoon is Taiko practice & drum stand building, then in the evening we're seeing Avalon Rising at The Bistro in Hayward, then on to some friend's party after.
Sunday is Tech Sunday for Stage 1's production of Oklahoma and I'll be taking pictures, while
chriso will be helping with last minute costuming issues, then Stage 1 is having a BBQ for cast and crew.
Monday evening is the start of dress rehearsals for Oklahoma, where I'll be taking more pictures &
chriso will again be helping with costumes.
*Yes, for us this is a quiet relaxing weekend....

We just couldn't swing the costs last year or this year.
We really want to go back to Australia, but that's looking iffy as well.
As supporters of the "world" aspect of Worldcon, we are very bummed about missing 2 non-US cons in a row.
