Hmmm. Do communities have a search feature for non public posts (thus not crawled by Google)?

Otherwise, a long running community can have thousands of posts. poor_skills comes to mind, although it is public. OTOH, that's why tags and memories are used - so you don't have to scroll through thousands of posts to find stuff, just a few hundred.
