10th & Last Course.

No they didn't make us wait this long. Just a long period between taking the pic and posting it.

All looks delicious, however...:

Most individual courses look like an entire meal(!!!) for my whole family, possibly w/leftovers (& the pig would be 2 months worth of food at least, if we normally ate pork which we usually don't. :p)

120 in the room, 9 at our table.

This is intended to a full and formal feast celebrating the new year.

A few of the courses were individual dishes, the soup, the duck, the lobster, but the big dishes you see were served to be shared by 9 people. You learn to eat just a little of each dish, no matter how good it is, so you can make it through all 10 courses. A then your good intentions are spoiled by Chef Larry Chu coming over and making you eat more.
