CPAP day 9

I was supposed to return the training machine on Tuesday and get my calibrated one next Monday.

Notice, I said "supposed to."

I'm not feeling sleepy during the day anymore. My energy level is up, though I need a normal week to be sure. I made it through the night last night without taking the mask off.

I figure I'll take in on the standard Monday "I have issues/get your calibrated system" session. And just deal with all the folks that show up for that.

All in all, I'm liking having my face hugger, or as C sometimes calls it: my Scorpius face. The way the mask and straps define my face.

While there are times i sort of stare at it and resent having to bother the whole effort of putting it on and stuff, the change it makes is so profound that I refuse to sleep without it.

Glad to hear it's already making a difference for you!

The biggest problem I've had lately is that twice now I've woken up to discover my mask laying on the pillow next to me!

I was lucky that I got used to wearing it extremely quickly and after I got my old mask replaced, it's been pretty smooth sailing.

Ha, I read that as CRAP day 9 and wondered why you were counting them, lol.
