I've wanted a implantable reciever ever since I watched the TV series "Search" in the early 70's, where high-tech private investigators have implanted audio receivers and who hand tiny cameras and telemetry units.
A small tranciever implated behind the ear, an exernal pack that does the long distance communication and a voice recognition/digitaizer on the server end is all I ask. Not the full cyborg stuff the UofToronto folk are getting into.
