Department:Educational Theatre Programs

Schedule:Full time regular. Day shift. 40hrs. Monday through Friday from 9 to53.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicant must be familiar with all aspects of touring professional shows, minimum of two years experience required.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle multitask and be detail oriented. Current California driver's license required.
Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Duties:

Supervise Assistant Production Managers. Train and mentor new road managers. Set touring and safety
procedures and training. Ensure items for touring are researched purchased, stocked and available.
Coordinate special projects, such as annual auditions, premieres of new programs, community events.
Manage rehearsal facility, communicate with IT, facility management and building security.
Conduct rehearsal space orientation for all troupes at season onset.
Supervise the design and build of sets, props, sound systems, and costumes. Complete minor repairs.

by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization,
acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and
local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies
and procedures.
