re: CSI season finale...

Q - Why is Sara a great criminologist?

A - Because she always gets her man.

I woke [livejournal.com profile] gridlore up with my reaction to that scene. They sank my 'ship! :-P (Another friend of mine noted that that was exceptionally cruel after the red herring earlier in the episode - "You know a lot about corsetry...." "I have my sources.")

They also had fun spinning the whole scene out.

Who's he talking to?
Not his bedroom, to colorful.
Not Lady Heather's, to frilly.

Ships Ahoy! It's Sara.

Not necessarily. The Lady is as much lace as she is leather. We've seen her working areas, but the only real glimpse of her personal space we've seen was the sunroom, which fairly dripped with Victoriana. It's entirely possible that chintz pillows and a silk duvet cover would be to her taste.

Bleh - he's better off with Lady Heather.

All Sara seems to do is whine and simper.

I'm suddenly picturing that last scene between Cat and Warrick, instead, and it's much more palatable all of a sudden....

So maybe he's a switch and likes Sara like that.

wait...wait...

I tuned out this entire season (for various reasons) and I've seen maybe one episode...

Did Sara finally corner Grissom? Or did she get over that and find someone else/better/at least more emotive?

[identity profile] johno.livejournal.com 2006-05-19 10:38 pm (UTC)(link)
The episode ended with Grissom pondering the lessons learned in the season finale. Wanting a slow death so that he could wrap things up, tell folks he loved them.

Meanwhile the camera is turning around him, showing more and more of the room. At the very end, we see Sarah stepping out of the bathroom saying "I'm not ready to loose you."

They are both in silky bathrobes, so I think the answer is yes, they finally got together.

And thank god for that.

And, er... why is Grissom thinking about wanting a slow death?

Wait, it's unfair of me to ask you to catch me up on a show I've missed all season. Could you possibly point me to a good eps summary webpage?

(and then I'll go rent the DVDs when they're available or something)

A - Because she watched Snape kill Wash with Kane's sled Rosebud while Cylons conquered New Caprica?
