School is obviously back in session...

Various communities that provide critique and guidance are getting the "I have a class/project/assignment, can someone do it for me give me some ideas!" posts.

Yo Kid! That's the point of the class, for you to learn and develop your own skill set, style and creativity.

Yeah, it's a bitch to be staring at blank paper, canvas, computer screen or a camera with 24 shots remaining, but if you get other peoples ideas, that's what you'll put down or record.

25 years later, I still fear the blankness at the start of new project. Why? Because I too asked for other's idea, and got them.

I saw some girl's post the opther day, DEMANDING papers from her friend'st. She actually listed 10 topics she needed articles on.

I also saw something like that on someone's journal, asking that people post links for zir. Do the research yourself. *I* don't have time either!

Heh, the things I've seen as a teacher...the horror!

Life's tough and then you also don't get it done in time, no matter *how* much work your irritated flist put on helping you out.
OH yeah, one of me favorites--after posting a tons of informative links on moderately technical but not beyond layman topic, saying "Here you are, read this first,", they come back with, "I don't read much."
On live journal.
I haven't stopped to figure out how to put it on a button.
But it soooo belongs on a button.

My school has such a big "No Plagerism" policy that on every syllabus I have gotten in my classes has covered the topic and I even had an assembly that discussed it for 30 mins. They are the "Expel" first and ask questions laters sort here.... I am glad I am creative.

:-D
Week 3 of school and already I have had 3 quizzes and 2 test next week.
