I was thinking "clenchbump" but I like this one better.

I think the simple phrase, "Ooops!" covers a world of contingencies.
Especially useful with, "Oh !@#!@ deleted" to convey added intensity when you have been using that "oops" a little too often lately.
I am keenly aware of this condition when it is in association with the following joke: "Are you an old fart when you have to add Metamucil to your prune juice?"
Getting old just ain't for sissies.
