I found it best to print in 2 stages.

Prints the color LJ Logo

   http://www.ohalloran.org/lj/LJ-Logo.bmp

and a "badge supplied by USERNAME" credit line

Then update the Names doc to print the UserNames

48pt font for shorter names
Shrink as needed for longer names.
Comic Sans seems to work and look best
(at least I've gotten lots of compliments on the choice)

Thanks for the links. I'm planning on putting my LJ handle on my next run of business cards, and I want to put a little lj pencil next to it...
