Iron Chef America - Rocks!!!

Just watched the Saki-Flay battle. Lots of yummy meals prepared. Every dish created was interesting, flavorful and pleasing to the eye.

IC:A focused on the great elements that made the original Japaneese version so interesting, without focusing on the extremise elements like IC:USA did.

I'll set tivo when I get home. Only thing is though, at least a third of the fun with Iron Chef Japan is the intense voice-overs :)
