Interesting. But I still find text more convenient; you can't (yet) grep mp3s. Searching for the post you listened to last week would be difficult if the person is a prolific poster.
What needs to happen is to combine this technology with a good speech->text converter, with the possibility of a marking it as "draft" for a later text edit.
Of course, video blogging will be the next thing. We will all be living "twenty minutes into the future".

The Nokia 3650 can do short videos with sound.
