johnoA little after 1pm Pat the Plumber showed with his apprentice, who was promptly put to work while Pat chatted with me.
A little work with a powered snake and *whoosh* a bunch of crap (literally and figuratively) quickly flowed down the drain, past the clean-out and on to the main sewer line under the street.
I handed Pat a big (but not whopping) check and off they went to their next gig.
Cleaned out the tub and toilet, replaced the bathmat and shower curtain and we were finally able to take a shower.
