Sometimes I remember the good lines....
Today I was able to "get" somebody with one my favorite Mark Twain quotes. When I was asked a question today I responded:
"I'm gratified to be able to answer promptly, I didn’t know."
Slightly modified from the original for obvious reasons.
I was blinked at for a moment or two, then was asked "You've been saving that one haven't you?"
"Yep, I only steal from the best. It's a Mark Twain quote."
