@%$#^ Traffic and Weather

johnoAbout 3:45 my boss came around telling all the long haul commuters to go home now while something resembling daylight was left. Reports from early outs was that weather and traffic were horrid.
My commute is normally 1hour.
I left at 4pm, I reached Dublin (my half way mark) at 5pm. Pouring rain, slow traffic, everybody was cool.
I took a break, wandering the Best Buy, but not getting anything (sound of relief from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Depart Dublin at 5:30pm, rain has stopped.
However, the time delayed "Instant Asshole, just add water" kicked in. Drivers were total asses on the way home.
I got home at 6:30pm.
Sigh.
