Yesterday was not such a great day.

Final throws of getting the new sendmail box QAed, fixed and ready for production.

Then [livejournal.com profile] chriso calls saying she's feeling sick again, loosing fluids like there is no tomorrow and heading for the hospital.

Working an hour away now hits home as a major negative.

Luckily it was her "standard", get a shot of anti-nausea, a shot of anti-diarrhea and a IV. Only 2 liters this time. She went in earlier enough not to need more.

However, she was there from 2pm to 10:30pm, cause the doctor kept running test after test. Obvious doing shotgun troubleshooting. Even took an x-Ray. However, he didn't do an ultrasound, which is odd considering her symptoms match when had her dermoid cyst.

Stopped on shopped on the way home for fluids and necessities.

After good nights sleep, we both felt better, if a bit washed out.

[livejournal.com profile] chriso went to work and is taking it slow, both work wise and food wise.

My tummy being a little stressed itself was only able to deal with a bagel for breakfast and a Jamba Juice for lunch.

On the plus side, the sendmail server is handling its traffic just fine. No errors, no blocked mail.

It gets to cook for a day and Thursday, it gets its fair share of the outbound load.

If all looks good, I'm out of her on Friday to attend the Western Naturist Gathering at Lupin.
