Ah no stress. I had a spectacular day of sitting in the sun and hanging out with silly fun friends :)

Plus, I got the DVD of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back so all is well with the universe! :)

Sounds like my Sunday.

The ball toss ice cream looks like fun. Does it turn out well? We're planning a mini-family reunion and the all the kidlets (and adults) would love that!

Who me? Late responding to LJ comments? Nah.

Do a google on "Ball Toss Ice Cream" to find the ingredients and directions.

We got Shakes rather then Ice Cream, but it was still fun to do and good tasting.

I think more ice and more salt is the answer. Directions said 1/2 cup and I just liberally sprinkled it on the ice, rather then measuring it out.
