That looks awfully close to a meal I had back in 2001. It was a New years feast too.

The Banquet starts at 7pm and runs till around 10pm, so 3 hours total.

There was often a delay between my taking the pic and posting it. As I would enjoy the course first.

Chef Chu has been doing a Chinese New Years Banquet for 39 years.

We've been attending for 14 years.
