Yes we'll have competitions, photography stations, socials, food and fabric tours, and a Mad Science Fair, but for those of you looking to learn right here, right now, look to Costume-Con 26 to bring you practical workshops galore!

For future reference, what's the minimum recommended age for CostumeCon? It sounds like something I'd love to attend with Laurel when she's older.

CC26 if there is enough interest will be running a children's track. At the very least there will be 2-4 kids programming/activies happening.

In general Costume-Con is a academic environment, so during panels and workshops there is not much going on. Panels are mostly serious, being mostly presentations or demonstrations.

In general there are usually a few kids about. Last year I know there was 5 & 7 year sister set. A 12, 14 and 16 group of friends. There were a couple of boys in tow, that were seen at the friday night social but were never seen again. Probably locked in their hotel room with video games.
