Story behind taking the image on the memorial's Inauguration day.
As the name implies it's a memorial to those who died in service, however, I love how its design focuses on flight.
The true zooming into the sky aspect that most Air Force members joined to experience, even if all the flying you do is as cargo (ie: a passenger).
